AREAS OF EXPERTISE Crime, inquests, discipline boards. BIOGRAPHY Philip Misner has lead as a junior in a wide variety of criminal trials and in the Court of Appeal since 1995. He was involved on behalf of the Bar Council in teaching the Bar about the Human Rights Act. He is involved on behalf of the Middle Temple in teaching advocacy to the Bar.
