AREAS OF EXPERTISE Has over the last two decades developed an exclusively criminal practice. In recent years has led in cases of murder, multiple rapes and a family paedophile ring. More recently branched out into Police Disciplinary work and Courts Marshall. Breadth of expereince reflected below. R v Jayson & Smith, reported [2003] 1 Crim App R 13 Ist Court of Appeal case on downloading indecent images of children. R v Williams Breach of a Sexual Offenders Prevention Order following three convictions for abduction and indecency with small boys. R v Laverty & others Allegations of very serious sexual assault against the daughter of the family by all the family members and friends Leading Counsel with two juniors. Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police v X 1st “fact track” case for dismissal for serious sexual offence. R v Tahed reported [2004]2 Cr App R 32 Rape; clarification of scope of cross examination about previous sexual history.
