AREAS OF EXPERTISE Crime: All areas of crime including fraud, serious drugs and sexual offences, including rape and child sex offences. Instructed in murder and attempted murder cases, and other offences involving serious violence.
Disciplinary work: Regularly instructed in police discipline matters. Has experience in conducting police misconduct hearings and of the Police Appeals Tribunal. Has also experience in the Nursing and Midwifery Council Discipline Tribunal.

R –v- Kinsella and others Leading junior prosecuting 6 handed conspiracy to supply multiple kilos of cocaine and at least 330 kg of cannabis.
R –v- Smith Junior counsel defending a young man charged with murder. Acquitted of murder, convicted of involuntary manslaughter.

R –v- Quainoo Represented lady charged, along with her husband, with bringing a young girl to the UK from Ghana in breach of immigration law to act as a family servant.

R-v- Parmar and others Junior counsel defending in long running construction fraud involving the renovation of Terminal One at Heathrow.
Guildford Crown Court. Leading junior for first of 15 defendants in multi-million pound money laundering case.
R-v- Reeve. Defending young man charged with the rape of three teenage girls. Acquitted of each allegation of rape.
Discipline and Coronial Work:
Successfully appealed against the finding of a Sussex Police misconduct panel to the Police Appeals Tribunal for an officer who had been required to resign from Sussex Police Service.
Appeared representing two police officers at an inquest into the death of a teenage boy who had died during a chase following the officers talking to him with a view to taking home to his parents house.
