AREAS OF EXPERTISE Specialist criminal advocate with a range of experience in a number of areas of law including serious drugs offences, murder and regulatory work. Undertakes criminal cases on behalf of both Prosecution and Defence. General Crown Court Defence practice.
Prosecution - Instructed on behalf of a range of Prosecuting authorities including Crown Prosecution Service, RCPO (HM Customs & Excise) and Serious Fraud Office. Particular expertise in drugs and fraud including confiscation.
Police Criminal & Disciplinary - Particular experience in police defence work. Police Disciplinary Proceedings; Considerable experience in defending internal disciplinary cases against Police officers including multi-handed cases of length and police corruption. Undertakes representation at Coroner's Court hearings.
