  AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Edward is a tenacious and dedicated individual, who is passionate about his defence practice. He has appeared in Courts in this Country and abroad. Recent successes include; defending a Rifleman in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces in Germany from a section 18 GBH charge, a Surrey Police Officer charged with ABH on a 15 year old whilst on duty before Winchester Crown Court, a Rugby Coach charged with numerous charges of bringing the game into disrepute alleging sexual mis-conduct with a member of the Girls under 18s team before an RFU disciplinary tribunal, a man charged with armed robbery of a Pharmacy in Hertfordshire, a nurse charged with a serious assault of a patient in her care in Sussex.
His practice incorporates all aspects of Criminal Defence; with a particular specialism in Fraud, Serious Violence, Firearms, Robbery and Drugs Offences. He also regularly appears in Courts Martials, Prison Adjudications and Disciplinary Tribunals. Edward occasionally prosecutes and notably prosecuted ‘The Gay Mugger In the Park’ in 2006.
