CASES OF NOTE R v SW (2009) (Ipswich Crown Court, led by Philip Levy) (First person arrested by Serious Organised Crime Agency, conspiracy to supply one ton of cocaine). Codefendant convicted and sentenced to 25 years imprisonment. SW acquitted.
