  AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Established Criminal Practitioner with experience at all levels prosecuting and defending as a Leading Junior, sole Counsel or as a led Junior. Having undertook a pupillage that encompassed insolvency and bankruptcy developed a good feel for papers before moving to an exclusively criminal practice

Particular recent Appellate experience. Successfully conducting the first Prosecution Appeals against terminating rulings, and a number of appeals, having not conducted the trials, and recent appellate confiscation experience including successfully acting alone against a prosecution team consisting of a silk and two juniors

R v H Leading Junior for prosecution in 27 counts of Rape, S.18 Kidnap and false imprisonment

R v L Leading Junior for prosecution in 14 counts on armed robbery based on similar fact evidence. Convicted

R v G Successfully Defended wife of Iceland Director on conspiracy to defraud
