AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Kevin Walsh is an experienced, sought after, criminal practitioner. His criminal defence practice encompasses the most serious levels of criminal offences, including large scale conspiracies, violence, sexual offences, fraud and international drug supply.

Kevin is also an accredited prosecutor for the Crown Prosecution Service.

Although based in London, he accepts instructions nationwide, and has conducted trials throughout the UK.

As well as criminal law, Kevin has vast experience of prosecuting and defending in regulatory matters, including intellectual property, copyright infringement, building regulations, health and safety and environmental health.

Kevin regularly appears in the appellate courts (see reported cases below)He also has an has extensive knowledge and expertise in cases involving the Proceeds of Crime Act, money laundering and related regulatory investigations. Prior to completing pupillage Kevin worked for two years at a high profile white collar criminal defence firm of solicitors in the City of London.
